Buninyong CrossFit is not your standard CrossFit gym. We offer a number of services to cover a broad range of athletes from the beginner to the advanced.
Depending on what your end result is, all of our services are designed to work together or as separate regimes. Whichever way you decide to go, you will receive 100% dedication from our fantastic coaches.
Constantly Varied, Functional Movement performed at High Intensity; our focus and our promise to you. CrossFit is a training regime that will test you physically and mentally. All workouts are expertly programmed and scalable to accommodate all abilities - from the beginner to the advanced. We are a purpose built CrossFit facility and highly recommend this group training regime to all.
The best way to find out if CrossFit is for you is to give it a try. We offer a complementary, 100% obligation-free introduction session. During your session you will be introduced to CrossFit and its methodology. Our Coaches will spend time with you introducing you to the movements and easing you in to a CrossFit workout. From here, we will discuss the path forward including membership options and pricing. These sessions on Wednesday nights every second week at either 5.30 pm or 7.30 pm. Other times can be arrange by contacting us directly.
This is 100% obligation free. If you do not wish to proceed past your trial session, your account will be deleted along with all information provided.
Once you have enjoyed your complimentary intro session, take the next step and complete our "Elements" course. Over three small group sessions you will taught all the CrossFit movements you need to know to fit right in with a CrossFit class. Following your elements course, you are free to purchase your CrossFit membership and begin your journey. This is your chance to take control of your fitness and start working towards real, raw results!
Becoming a member allows our expert coaches to plan for your individual goals, personalise your training and track your progress to ensure you are always improving.

Wanting to improve on your CrossFit moves? Have a specific goal in mind? Contemplating a career in Emergency Service? CrossFit not for you? Then fear not, the Personal Trainers are here! All out Personal Trainers are fully Qualified having completed their studies and completing both the Certificate III and IV in Fitness.
These qualifications together with a wealth of knowledge from a background from playing sports enable all out PT's to sculpt a training regime that will have you achieving beyond your greatest desires. These training sessions are 100% personalised around the individual, whether they are a beginner or advanced.
You can purchase your Personal Training Session(s) using our booking system - simply select the "Personal Training" option, select your required number of sessions and "check out." From here you will be prompted to create an account and you will then be able to view and book sessions via the Appointments tab.
After you have booked, your selected PT will be in contact with you shortly to discuss any further details as required. Your sessions are 100% obligation free and you are in no way locked-in to any financial contract.
